Dear Oliver,
I just wanted to say a sincere thank you for the work you carried out in
my loft on Friday 16th December. The boys who came were excellent,
nothing was too much trouble and they explained everything step by step
and regularly gave me an update on how they were progressing. I am
already feeling warmer and am very happy that the work is now completed.
